Dear Guests!
The following house rules are guidelines in which we just describe the ideal way of treating the apartment and its contents. We have also drawn up a few rules to be on the safe side that we are sure you will agree with.

By treating the apartment properly, you help us make sure that you will also have a fine holiday apartment in the future.

In general: if you find that something is missing from the contents, don’t hesitate to contact us. Everything in the holiday apartment or on the balcony can and should be used by guests. But please be careful with all the furnishings and contents of the apartment.

Kitchen: please make sure that only clean crockery is put away in the cupboards. The same goes for the cutlery, pots and pans and equipment that you have used.

Bread roll service: we enclose the form for your roll order. Please return it to us by 6.30 pm because otherwise we won’t be able to meet your order.

Waste: as we are committed to waste sorting, please help us by sorting your waste into categories. We shall be pleased to help you with enquiries about waste sorting when your arrive.

Message to smokers: smoking is strictly forbidden in our holiday apartment. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, the floor, bed linen, table cloths etc will force us to charge you their replacement value. Such damage is certainly not included in the rent. Smoking is therefore permitted only on the balcony, where you will also find the ashtray.

Keys: the keys to your holiday apartment also fit the main door. Please look after your keys. Guests must pay the replacement cost of lost keys.

Skis and ski boots: please store skis and ski boots in the designated part of the cellar. You are not allowed to take them into the apartments. The landlord is not liable for objects stored and left there.

Ski boot dryer: hang the boots with the tips pointing upwards. You must decide whether your ski boots are suitable for the dryer because we are not liable for any damage.

Bathroom: please do not flush hygiene products and food waste down the WC. We can do your laundry for a small consideration.

Quiet times: out of respect for your neighbours, please ensure that there is no noise between 21:30 and 7:30 in the morning.

Damage: nobody deliberately damages things but things do sometimes get broken. It can happen to anybody. Just let us know so that we don’t find out when we clean the apartment after you’ve left.

Parking: if guests are provided with parking places in front of the house or in the guesthouse’s car park, this does not constitute a safe-custody contract. The guesthouse is not liable for the loss of or damage to vehicles left or parked on its property or for the loss of and damage to the contents of such vehicles unless such loss or damage is deliberate or due to gross negligence. This also applies to guesthouse personnel.

Departure: the holiday apartment is handed over in a clean state by the landlord. We should like it to be handed back to us swept and vacuumed. All refuse in the holiday apartment must be sorted into categories. Please remove covers from duvets and bed linen from beds. The apartment can be handed over the evening before if you cannot do so on your day of departure. You should also settle your bill the evening before between 19.00 and 20.00. Please vacate the holiday apartment by 9.30 on your date of departure. Alternative arrangements must be made beforehand with the landlord. You can pay by credit or debit card.

Duty of care: lock doors and windows when you leave the apartment in order to avoid damage from inclement weather. The landlord is not liable for the tenant’s precious items. The rent includes not only accommodation but also bed linen, towels and tea towels (once a week).

By booking the holiday apartments, you accept the house rules.

Information and useful things to know
Cleaning at end of stay 40.00 €

The rates are for two to four people in the apartments.

- Children up to the age of 5 stay free.
- Children from 6 to 8 years old € 8,00 per day
- Children from 9 to 13 years old € 10,00 per day

- We will be pleased to clean the apartment at your request (also daily).
15.00 € per cleaning session (except for kitchen).
Cleaning the kitchen: 11.00 € per cleaning session.
- Your apartment is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival until 9.30 on your day of departure.
- From rolls straight from the oven to yoghurt – there’s everything you could wish for. Or you might prefer just to use our roll service.

Cancellation:
Up to a month before the start of the holiday no cancellation fees; 29 to 14 days before the start of the holiday 50% of the booking will be charged. If less than 14 days’ notice is given or the stay is cut short, we shall charge 80% of the booked stay.

Travel cancellation insurance
As a particular service feature and to save additional cost, we offer you the travel cancellation insurance.

Tourism tax
The rates do not include the tourism tax of € 1.35 per person (from the age of 14) per day that has to be paid in the locality where you are staying.

Free Holiday Pass
The HOLIDAY PASS allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol FREE and without limitation for all the days of your stay with us.

The HOLIDAY PASS enables you to use the entire public transport network of the South Tyrol.

That includes:
- regional trains in South Tyrol: from the Brenner Pass to Trent and from Mals to Innichen
- local buses (buses in towns, coaches, inner-city buses and ski buses)
- cable cars to Ritten, Meransen, Jenesien, Mölten and Vöran
- the Ritten tram and the funicular railway up the Mendel
